Do you hand customize your products at Coastal Creations?

The simple answer is no, we do not. However, we do the designing aspect along with the imprint of a logo from a close acquaintance. We do plan to eventually create hand custom apparel.
How does shipping work at Coastal Creations?

We prefer to ship our products personally in order to create the fastest, safest and most efficient way for our consumers to obtain their product. Another benefit that comes along with this is the inexpensive shipping cost. However, if you are not within our 6.5 mile radius, we ship through the United Postal Services and you should expect your product within 3-7 business days.
What is Coastal Creations' return policy for items purchased online?

Coastal Creations accepts returns for items purchased online within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team and provide their order number and reason for the return.
